The Smithville Community Clinic is truly integrated healthcare, offering services in four departments.

We provide free dental services to those without means and those without insurance, hoping their overall health will improve once treated. Good dental hygiene encourages better health. With better health comes increased self-esteem and frequently heightened willingness to search for employment or apply for better jobs. This results in an overall improved quality of life. Due to the escalating cost of dental services, without the help of our free dental services, most of the patients we see would never be treated for their dental issues. Instead, they would live with pain and poor dental health, potentially causing further medical problems. The mental health connection to dental health cannot be overlooked either, as when an individual has painful teeth in need of fillings or extractions, it can cause mental distress as well.

Our Behavioral Health department also serves our patients/clients free of cost and addresses topics ranging from Addiction to daily life stressors to past trauma. Based on their unique needs, our patients are served efficiently by pairing them with a provider who fits their unique needs.

We believe in our ministry to heal the body, nourish the mind, and renew the spirit. We do this by treating patients in all four departments as deemed necessary based on their needs. We also further our efforts by utilizing our Social Determinants of Health to determine other areas of our patient's lives where we can further assist, including valuable local resources and items needed in everyday living.

Through these means, backed by an amazing staff of beautifully compassionate and caring individual, we continually provide "Hope and Healing for Those Without Means".
